We have noticed that many people like our web site, especially the show listings. We have noticed it, because some of you (only a few) are copying and pasting the complete page from us onto their own sites. This is flattering that you like what we do so much that you use it as your own, but please don't do it. You are doing us, yourself and your visitors a disservice. We update Capital Cruisin' almost every single day. By copying and posting our material once, you will not have the most up-to-date information in later weeks. If you run a club web site and want to post some show listings that you want the whole club to attend, that's fine. Copying the whole page is not. Link to our pages instead so that you are providing your vistors with the most up-to-date information without doing all the work. We do that. Thanks! Nick Capital Cruisin'

MARCH 31st The 2nd Annual Shenandoah University Organization of Colleges Against Cancer Car Show will be held in association with Hopper's Auto Club of Winchester at the former Winchester Armory. Rare select cars will be inside the Armory. Open show on the University grounds, $10 entry fee for all categories. All funds raised for the event will benefit the American Cancer Society. Registration is from 9 AM to noon, awards at 3 PM. Top 25 along with Best of Show Trophies, 100 dash plaques, door prizes, raffles & lots of food! Raindate is April 1st. APRIL 7th The Finish the Race Car and Motorcycle Show will be held at 1 PM until 4 PM. All makes and models are welcome! APRIL 15th The Spring Thaw Show will be held at the Town Mall of Westminster MD from 9 AM TO 3 PM. $10 entry fee. Open to all makes and models. Participant Judging, Trophies, 50/50 Drawing. APRIL 22nd Adventure Park USA's 3rd Annual 2012 Spring Car Truck and Motorcycle Show (rain date is May 6th) Come out and enjoy a day of food, fun and festivities all for a great cause, The Wounded Warrior Project! $15 entry fee. This spring show will include 17 different categories to compete in. From 1900's to present. Burn-out contest, sound competition, motorcycle stunt show, drivers cup challenge, 50/50 drawings, prizes and give-a-ways. Fun for the entire family with rides and entertainment for everyone.

APRIL 28th The James Wood Baseball Diamond Club Show will be held in association with Valley Cruisers of Winchester at the James Wood Baseball Field at 349 Apple Pie Ridge Rd in Winchester VA. Show will be held beside Baseball field at Apple Pie Elementary School. Registration fee is $10. All funds raised will benefit the James Wood Baseball Team. APRIL 28th The 6th Annual On A Mission Show will be held at Spotswood Baptist Church at 4009 Lafayette Blvd in Fredericksburg VA. All proceeds will go toward the Spotswood HS Student Ministry for their 2011 Mission Trip. Custom dash plaques for the first 75 registered! Door prizes throughout the day! Trophies for: Best in Show, Top 50, Students' Choice, Ladies' Choice and Peoples Choice Award. $20 entry fee per vehicle at the Gate; Spectator Cost $3 per person (10 yrs old and under are free). The show is hosted by the Prince William Cruisers in conjunction with the Occoquan Regional Park Authority. Entry fee for vehicles is $15. Spectator fee is $3. Dash plaques for the 1st 150 cars. SEPT 22nd The Karb King's 15th Annual Mobtown Greaseball will be held at the Dundalk Moose Lodge at 2800 Sollers Point Rd in Dundalk MD.

OCT 4-7th The 15th Annual Endless Summer Cruise will be held in Ocean City MD.

OCT 6th "Lost in the 60's" Again will be held at Eastside Speedway in Waynesboro VA. Top 60 car show. Nostalgia Drag Races. Big Flea Market. Drag racing personalities. OCT 13th The Karb Kings VA Rockabilly Hot Rod Rumble Hotrod & Kustom Car Show will be held from 9 AM to 5 PM at Steckler Show Place at 12312 Spotswood Furnace Rd in Fredricksburg VA (across from River Bend HS). Registration 8 AM to 1 PM, spectators are free. Rockabilly bands, venders, kustom trophies, pin up contest, food, pinstripers to stripe your car, dj, door prizes, tattooing on sight, kustom art show, panel jam, apple sauce wrestling, bull riding, and much much more.
